What if I need to cancel my party?
We will refund your deposit as long as your give at least 5 days notice. Anything less than 5 days will result in the loss of your deposit.

When is payment due?
A 10% deposit is required to book your event. Full payment is not due until the day of the event.

What if I want to hear specific songs/bands/genres?
We will gladly accept any play list requests that you may have. Our digital library is constantly expanding and we will be happy to cater to your needs.

What if my party has a rain date?
For an additional non-refundable deposit we will be happy to hold your rain date open, but you must provide the second date at the time of booking. We require at least 3 hours notice that your event will be held on the rain date instead of the original date. If we have not been notified at least 3 hours prior to your event, the DJ will arrive on time and expect full payment.

What time will the DJ arrive for my event?
The DJ will arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your guest's arrival at the event.
If unforeseen circumstances arrive (i.e. traffic or weather) you will be notified immediately.

When will the DJ begin and end his services?
Music will begin and end at the agreed upon time in the contract. If you wish to extend your party the DJ can be hired at an hourly after-party rate.

What if our guests are having so much fun we want the party to continue past the agreed time? No Double Booking
Your event is our only event of the day! We will be happy to stay and keep the party going for as long as you wish. The DJ must be paid for his time at an hourly rate past the agreed contract. Inquire about additional rates at the time of booking.

Will there be an intermission or will the DJ play for the duration of the event?
We have a "No Dead Air" policy! The DJ will play your event from start to finish unless you request otherwise. Please provide us with a timeline of events for your party so we may plan the music accordingly.

No, we will work with you and negotiate a price for the length of your event.

What are Ice breaker games? Do I need them for my event?
Ice breaker games are a tool used to get the crowd involved and start to loosen them up. They are mostly used for kids parties, sweet 16`s and backyard BBQ`s. They may also be used to determine what table gets to eat first in the case of a buffet style event. They include but are not limited to: Dizzy Bat, Limbo Contest, Lip Sync Contest, Music Trivia, and Dance Contests. All of the games can be played for a prize supplied by the event coordinator (You) or just for bragging rights.

Do You Offer A Discount For Active Military?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for active military with proof of service (ie., Military ID, dd-214)
